Bridget Ennals - WAI Compliance Verification
Bridget has a BSc (Hons) degree in Horticulture (Bath University, UK) and 10 years’ experience auditing growers and pack houses around the world, to BRC and Global Gap accreditation programs for the UK fresh produce industry. Training completed in HACCP, pesticide controls, Growsafe, supplier self- auditing, quality control management systems & policies, food hygiene and social accountability. In 2003 Bridget developed a vineyard that became SWNZ accredited in 2004, and also joint owner of Stanley Estates vineyards - Marlborough, producers of a range of single vineyard award winning wines since 2009. www.stanleyestates.co.nz.
