Natalie Kininmonth

Natalie has been in the wine industry, for about 10 years, with most of that time based in wineries, in Hawkes Bay, Marlborough and Oregon, during which time she completed a Bachelor of Wine Science from EIT.

During this time, Natalie discovered her passion for compliance and opportunities occurred allowing her to focus on this area of work. This encompassed internal compliance systems and procedures also externally preparation for ISO, WSMP and SWNZ verification audits.

Natalie’s experience with SWNZ auditing, included completing Site Questionnaires, entering Spray Diary information into Grapelink and being aware of the usefulness of the spray Resistance Management compliance results.

What drew Natalie to the WAI auditing team, was working alongside team members that had a commitment to assisting vineyard and wineries members meeting the requirements of the SWNZ and WSMP programs along with always aiming for continual improvement.

As Natilie now has a young family, this Auditing / verification role, will allow her to juggle all the things being a mum involves!
